Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. We operate from Rwanda and apply fair, transparent practices suited to African markets, including flexible payments and remote collaboration.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activities. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or fraud concerns.

3. Payments and fees

Payments may be processed via card, PayPal, bank transfer, or mobile money (where supported). Platform fees are disclosed before checkout. Funds may be held in escrow when applicable until milestones are approved.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds follow project terms and documented delivery. Disputes are assessed fairly; we may request evidence from both parties. Resolution may include partial refunds, credits, or remedial services.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform (e.g., fraud, harassment, IP infringement, or unlawful activities). Respect confidentiality and local laws where services are delivered.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables belong to the client once paid in full. Consultants may retain underlying know-how and tools not unique to the project.

7. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding a claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Rwandan law. Where applicable, regional consumer protections and cross-border commerce guidelines are respected.
